Nagpur: Luxora Infrastructure Pvt Ltd launched its ambitious project and the country’s first metro park project Ensaara Metro Park in Nagpur. The Mega Township spread over 280 acres which would be developed in three phases.
The real estate major would infuse Rs 740 cr to construct 1,100 housing units along with educational institutions, hospital, worship places, indoor sports complex, shopping mall, eating joints, club house, entrainment zones and many more amenities on 141 acres in the first phase. Around 5,000 saplings would be also planted according to the green norms of the state.
The director of the firm Chaitanya Parekh declared that “Metro Park” is first of its kind project in the country. “The project has bagged gold certification from Indian Green Building Council. It would have parks and water bodies on 150 acre of land,” he said.
“30 acres of land would be dedicated to central park, Bio-diversity Park, pocket parks, garden and sports ground with 28 types of residential units will be developed”, he added.
